"Companies-Universities:
A Path to Sustainable Development in an Era of Change"

In today's world, businesses face unprecedented challenges. Rapid technological evolution, globalization, changing consumer behavior, and unpredictable economic fluctuations create an environment where traditional organizational models often prove ineffective. In the context of a BANI world (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible), companies are compelled to seek new paths toward sustainability and long-term success.

One promising approach is the concept of Companies-Universities—organizations that integrate principles of continuous learning and development into their structure. These companies foster a culture of knowledge transfer modeled on the "teacher-student" relationship, enabling them to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and successfully navigate crisis situations.
Project Goals
Study the phenomenon of Companies-Universities as a new paradigm of organizational development, identify the key factors contributing to their longevity and adaptability, and develop practical recommendations for transforming traditional companies into "living," self-learning structures.
Relevance of the Research
According to analysts' forecasts, up to 40% of Fortune 500 companies may cease to exist in the next decade due to their inability to adapt to rapid changes in the business environment. In such a situation, the search for and implementation of new organizational models becomes not just relevant but vitally necessary.

Companies-Universities present a response to this challenge. They not only survive but thrive thanks to their capacity for constant renewal and learning. Studying their experience may hold the key to enhancing the resilience and competitiveness of businesses at large.
Research Hypothesis
Organizations that integrate the "teacher-student" model and strive for continuous learning at all levels possess an enhanced ability to adapt and achieve sustainable development. This enables them to successfully overcome the challenges of a BANI world and achieve long-term success.
